Case thickness on the Explorer II vs GMT IIc

I like the GMTIIc so much but never have the chance to try in ADs, there's always out of stock, I know both of these pieces are sit at the same case size in 40mm, can any owners whom got these 2 pieces here kind to show both of the case thickness by pic? something like the comparison as attached pic (borrow from this forum) is the best, thanks!
