Changing dial colors on a Daytona?

I found a pristine used black SS daytona for a great price. It has just been refurbished by Rolex and is in 'as new' condition. the seller has a spare white dial, which he can have changed if I prefur the white dial more. Are there any drawbacks to going this route or should I stick with the black, seeing that it was so originally?
