Submariner Puchased in the WTC

Back in 1988 I purchased a Rolex Submariner in the concourse of the World Trade Center. I have all documentation with serial numbers and WTC address including the certificate of authenticity from Rolex with the raised seal and original boxes. This watch is in mint condition. I would be interested in the opinions of all Rolex enthusiasts around the world as to the monetary value in USA currency. My children are going to private college and I have considered selling the Rolex for tuition.
