DateJust running stopping/running slow

Hi.

Looking for some advice. I have a 16200 DateJust which I have had from new (got it about 6 years ago). Love the watch and it has been great, however over the past month or so it has been behaving a little strangely. Over the course of a day it can start to run slow by around 15 mins. This doest happen every day just from time to time. Also on 2 occasions it has stopped cold while I have been wearing it (I very rarely take it off so it so it should have been fully wound).

This is the first and only rolex I have so not sure if this is just a sign that it is in need of a service or do you think there is something more serious wrong with the watch?
