I am spending my Xmas and New Year in HCM/Saigon.... it had been 5 years since my last trip

The place is crowded, polluted, chaos, very wealthy (never seen so many S classes and roll royce ... 1 mil USD each due 300% import duty)

anyway it's a environmental fcked up town.... the gov. put VN into African nation class... huge diff between rich and poor, highly corrupted and environment fcked up

some images ... you can see in the air quality and the tallest building 68 floors owned by one person...
