How do you adjust the clasp on a new Daytona

There are three adjustment groves, in addition to the easylink. When I bought the watch, the salesperson asked the service technician to make the adjustment from one groove to another, saying that he could not do it.

I like the whole easylink design, but I was wondering if you can adjust the normal pin setting (easily) on your own, or do you need to make a visit to the AD to have it adjusted?

Thanks for the help.
