Quick help on jubilee stretch assessment before purchase
Can someone do a quick assessment on whether this steel jubilee bracelet on a pre-owned has any stretch or the degree of stretch? Its solid center link I believe.

Would you rather get a new one or a pre-owned if the difference in price is about $600 +-?
