Is this a good deal or should I be concerned?

Hi - I'm new to posting on this forum, although I have been a consistent viewer/ reader for over a year. I am in the market for my first Rolex and am interested in a steel/ black Submariner (no-date). I have heard good things about Capetown Diamond and have come across this "new, old-stock" Submariner on their website: http://www.capetownstore.com/Merchan...de=Rolex-C-Sub .

This seems to be priced disproportionately low when I compare this to other pre-owned no-date Submariners, so I am looking for some comments. I am concerned because it seems like I am finding a better deal through Capetown versus the popular private-party sellers on this forum, and have heard that is unusual. Thanks!
