Who knows how long Seiko will make it........*note: the Grand Seiko dive watches are only 200m rated, seems odd for a high end dive watch?????
Most probably they wanted to keep the crystal and the caseback thin so that the watch be 'Grand' Seiko 'like' but still be capable of 200m WR....

Apart from the fact that it could definitely be pressurized to 300m if you wanted too (Seiko are very conservative) probably 99.5% of divers do not dive deeper than 60m...
