TRF Ladies (and gents..) what do you think?

I'm a female in mid 30s and am in a market for a white dial sporty yet feminine watch for me. I'm interested in getting a 116200 white dial roman or white stick. And at the same time, I find the Omega AT 38.5mm black indexes and diamond markers quite attractive as well. I understand they are quite different watches. The 116200 would show my sporty side and the AT would show my feminine side. Ladies and gents which one would you choose?

1. 116200 white roman/stick
2. AT 38.5mm in bracelet

I cant find the wrist action on omega bracelet. I was able to get one of the version w/ white strap.

Thanks for reading and looking forward for your input.
