Time and gold Vancouver

Hi all I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Time and Gold in downtown Vancouver? They aren't an AD but have a watchmaker in house and will do basic work on rolex. I need an insurance appraisal but because the watch was purchased used any of the AD's want to send it to rolex for authentication. Time and Gold told me they are able to do this locally and have my watch back to me MUCH faster.

Just looking to see if anyone has had any experience with them good or bad, and if I should trust them to open my baby.
