Unboxing a Sandwich
It was a toss between a 312 and a 351. I've read reviews, got suggestions and various advise. Basically, it boiled down to strap options. The 312 being more versatile than the other due to the latter's dial and color of its hands. To help me further in my decision, I had to go back to my strap history with my 104. I just had to ask myself the simple question of: how often do I wear a brown (or brown shade) strap. Since the question was answered with my 104 being 20% on a brown strap and 80% on various other color combos, the decision was much simpler.
A few days ago, a micro breakfast GTG was held in a resto in Greenhills. Thanks to another member in our local watch forum, he was able to hook me up with a friend of his who was selling one. I wasted no time and asked for an appointment with the seller that same day. He is also a member in our local forum. We met somewhere in Pasig and brought a blank check just incase You guys may be surprised but I haven't tried on a 1950 case ever. However, when I got to meet with the seller, tried it on, and said to myself, it wont leave my wrist anymore. The 1950 is indeed nice A sight to behold and something new and different from the 104's case. However, it was just lately that I got to snap photos of it and will wear it for the first time this weekend So, without further much a do. Here's the unboxing of my sandwhich. The boxed sandwich: What's inside: Immediately strapped on my favorite black strap for now: The customary wrist shot: Thanks for looking
