Buying a Sub-C in NJ

Well I'm pulling the trigger next week on a 116610LN. I haven't decided exactly where I'm buying from yet. There are a few ADs in South Jersey that I am going to check out. I am also considering buying from one of the TRF trusted sellers. I purchased my DeepSea in Atlanta, GA but won't be purchasing there again. A few questions: Does anyone recommend one AD over another in South Jersey? There are 2 ADs in Atlantic City and 1 in Sommers Point. I know this is a per sale basis but what if anything should I expect to pay under the $8k retail for the watch for a first time buyer? I will be shipping the watch to our house in AL to keep paying taxes. I'm really just looking for a starting offer or if any off is realistic. I know the sub c is pretty popular so do most of the current stocks of the ADs have random serial #s? If I'm finding non random serials should I search for a random serial or does it matter?
