Can't decide on one??

I just purchased another Rolex last week. It's a brand new
18K/SS Sub with Slate Serti dial / Diamonds and Sapphires. A really nice watch that I use around the office and to wear out on business trips. Don't want to be too flashy with the Pres. I wanted it originally as a knock around watch, but after it arrived, I decided it was just too nice.

What would be a really dependable total use watch. One that does not cost as much as this Sub did ($8,025.00). One that I can take to the ranch and work fences, swimming at the river, working on my vehicles, and one I would expect some pretty good wear and scratches!! And no, I don't want a Timex. I do have my limits.

I really don't know much about all the various Rolex models. Most I am learing here since I started posting a few weeks ago.
I know I'll probably get pistol whipped by some of you, but GMT's, Sub's, Explorer's, they all basically look the same. What are the differences between them, and which one would work best for what I just mentioned?

I'm sure I will want an all Stainless band, but after that I'm lost.
I've seen a basic Sub in the $4K range. But I just bought one.
Your comments.
Thanks!!
