Started the HCG diet...
I don't know if anyone has heard of HCG but I've just started this diet. I knw 6 people that have lost 20+ pounds and 2 of them have lost 50+. I'm going to try to lose 35-40 before my wedding next summer. It's really an amazing diet. Only 500 calories a day. You get 2 protiens a day, 2 vegetables, 2 fruits a day. The servings are 3.5 oz each. You also take HCG drops 4 or 5 times a day. This diet isn't made to work out on since the calories are so limited. It's so picky with oils I can't even use the body wash I usually use. Anyway I hope to only have to be on the strict part of the diet for a month and then can switch to the maintenance part. I'll let everyone know how it goes. If anyone is interested let me know and I can give you some info on the diet. Thanks
