Oysterdate Question

I've just picked up a 1968 Oysterdate on a great Rivet bracelet. Nicest rivet I've seen - really tight. That said, the dial has a spotty patina and I would like to replace it with something else for every day wear. Not looking to refinish the dial (at least I know better than that) but would like to pick up a black dial with gold markers or something interesting like a waffle dial. Any thoughts on this?

One other question - I have seen a few people on here who have replaced their date wheel with one that has red numbers. So cool - but have no idea where to even begin to find one.

Thanks kindly.

Eli
