Sending in for Service

My wife Rolex starting vibrating. It the rotor. Something must have came loose.

Watch is still under 2 years warranty.

We no longer live near the AD we purchased the watch from.

Should I contact Rolex NY myself and send in the watch.

Or take it the local AD (ben bridge) and have them send it for me.

I know I'm not ever going to buy anything from the ben bridge. But kind of make me feel bad having them do the work.

Let me know what you guys think.
