SeaDweller just purchased online
Hello everyone, new to the forum ... it's a great source of information.
I just purchased a Z series SeaDweller from Bob's Watches (online). They're out of Huntington Beach, CA. They had excellent reviews, were very helpful over the phone and seem to be legit. The SeaDweller I bought ended up not coming with the box and papers (i didn't read the listing well). The watch itself is in excellent condition and has all the signs of a real SeaDweller. I managed after 20 minutes to find the Rolex etching in the glass, too. The only thing that seems off is that the bracelet doesn't seem as heavy as I expected. And, there is no stamped code on the bracelet end. Everything else other then the stamping seems to be in order on the bracelet. I was thinking to send it to Rolex to service so that it can be serviced, of course, and so that I can get documentation that it was serviced so I have some proof of authenticity (as others suggested). Any thoughts? Thanks again! John |
