Rolex Explorer 214270 - Just Got Back from RSC and Something Sounds Loose In Case
I had a watch not staying wound issue with my 2011 Rolex Explorer 214270 so I sent it to the Dallas RSC and they fixed it and sent it back about a month ago. Since then the watch works fine, but I've noticed that if I shake the case I hear a clanking inside almost like there is a penny loose inside of the case. Sounds pretty strange and I had a buddy compare it with his late model Milgauss and it is definitely not happening on his watch.
I know the new Explorers have some kind of new winding mechanism -- can anyone that has this model do me a favor and try shaking it next to your ear in multiple directions to see if the same things happens? the last thing I want to do is send it back to RSC dallas again! Oh man. Thanks for the help! |
