AP roo new o second hand

Hello to everyone. I need your help.
the AP panda from second hand sold.
Now I have 2 options:
buy AP rubber second hand Series G Purchased in 2009 for 11,750$ the watch with box+papers and Comes with six months warranty. Since I bought it from an AP authorized dealer. the watch in good Condition According to minor injuries in the Rubber bezel.
or the second Option:
to buy BNIB AP roo panda dial at 15,650$, also from the same AP authorized dealer in israel.
What would be a better buy? I just have the fear in me, since I'm not a rich man, What would happen if suddenly will have to sell...
On a watch lose less money?
I would like mention that i love the panda more, But anyway there is a difference of $ 3,900.
