Explorer 5500 1967
Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a vintage explorer, and this has caught my eye on ebay.co.uk #170764160066 This will be my first Rolex, although I bought a new midside oyster perpetual for my wife last year, and the rest of my family all have old and new datejusts, I fancy something a bit different. I like the look of these old explorers, this one seems to be a good price. I suspect it won't appeal to the purists, as it has been restored, but that aside, does it look ok, or is it too cheap? I live near the seller and should be able to see the watch before committing to buy. Thanks for any help, Matthew |
