Found this listing on Kijiji Ontario:

I contacted the seller with this Question:

Hello, Is $2900 the correct price? Thank you.

And received this reply:

I literally laughed out loud. The respondent was one Tracy Golden whose email address is

[email protected]

I wonder if this is the same Tracy Golden who sends out emails offering giant cash awards from Coca-Cola?

The address listed in the ad is for Wright Real Estate Ltd. in Toronto. I wonder if they know their address is being used?

Hopefully no one is foolish enough to fall for this. What angers me is Green Courier is a real Toronto courier service. I wonder if they know they're being implicated in a scam? Or they could be ripped off if someone falls for the scam, and tries to get a refund from them.
