Has anyone worked in Libya since October, 2011?

Given that many TRF members are international business people, I'm wondering if any of you have consulted or worked in Libya or with the Transitional National Council since the fall of Muammar Qadhafi in October of last year? I've been approached by a friend who owns a successful emergency management consulting company about a project he is currently developing.

The contract involves restructuring (or in most cases starting from scratch) the emergency medical system in Libya as part of a larger effort to build a health care system there. The project is directed by the TNC with the support of the dominant militia of "freedom fighters" and additional security for the occasional trip to Libya is provided by a large private contractor.

I'm in the preliminary stages of researching the job, but it sounds like something I'd like to do. Have any of you worked in Libya in the past few months? Can you relate any experiences? Thanks.
