IWC Big Ingenieur, Mission Earth or the Omega 45mm Planet Ocean 2500 movement.

I am wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to compare the sizing of the IWC Big Ingenieur, Mission Earth or the older style Omega 2500 movement Planet Ocean 45mm? I have only been able to try the Omega on and I am trying to determine if the IWC's wear smaller or larger in size to the Omega. I am struggling to find this info out so thanks in advance if anyone can be of assistance. Lastly, if anyone would like to give me their opinion of the 3 watches I have mentioned, and what one would you vote for. I am looking to use this for a sporty/casual watch and I already own a dress watch. Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
