Nova: Secrets of the Samurai Sword
Did anyone else happen to see this episode of Nova on PBS?
As the website says, the program "examines the thousand-year old art and science behind the making of a Japanese warrior's signature weapon." I found it fascinating. Even if you missed it, there's lot of good stuff on the website: Secrets Of The Samurai Sword. If you're into "the stuff of metal," I think you'll enjoy this.
