Trusted person to service my Snowflake

Hell all, I have this Snowflake and it needs service. Beside an adjust and oil there are 2 issues
1 The crown only has a 1/2 turn to screw down so I guess the tube is partially stripped. Id like to save the orig Crown.
2 Sometimes it runs just fine BUT on occasion the minute hand doesn't advance. Who in your opinion is the best place to send it to? Thanks
[email protected] Thanks in advance!
