Vintage GMT 1675 - Advice?

Hi All,

This post is redundant with one in the main Rolex section - so apologies for that but I figure the vintage experts are more easily found here.

I'm presently hunting down a vintage GMT 1675. I really wanted a matte dial with yellow / creamy markers and hands in addition to a highly faded bezel (either pepsi or black). Still hunting but am nervous about the cost / risks of importing the watch to Canada.

There is a second hand watch dealer I know that is not too far from where I live that has this (below) listed on its website. I called them and they claim it is all original and authentic Rolex. I am going in to see the piece tonight, however some things seem suspicious.

1) It doesn't really look like a gilt dial to me (the text looks fairly white and the face looks matte, but maybe not all gilts are glossy?).

2) The bezel is missing all the teeth - how on Earth could this be?

3) The price seems a bit too good for a gilt dial 1675. This place is somewhat reputable from people I know in the local jewellery business is not really the cheapest I've ever seen.

Any comments or suggestions for what to look for tonight would be much appreciated it.
