Ladies President 69178 w/Diamond Bracelet

Anyone ever heard of a ladies President YG 69178 with a diamond bracelet. Has diamond baguettes in the middle of the bracelet with round brilliant diamonds on the outside of the bracelet?

Had a lady show it to me today with a green diamond dial and diamond bezel. pretty sure the dial and bezel are after market, but not sure about the bracelet. She said she bought it used in Saudi Arabia about 10 years ago.
