When was the LEC introduced and now that I changed the glass will my new one have it?

So I have a P series 14060 that I bought and had it sent right away to rsc. Did my watch come with the crown LEC on the glass. And If it didnt will my new one that they replace it with have it? Also since on the subject, when did lec come out?
