Slight lume fault

After reading jj's post about faults to look for, I took a much more critical look at my new watch. To my dismay there seems to be a spot in the centre of the second hand where the lume is either dull or thin. What do I do. I bought the watch when I was away from home, (from an). Is this coverd by warrenty, do I just take it to my local AD to be sent back and looked at, or am I being over the top do I just wait for it to be done in 5 years when I have it serviced? You may say well it can't be that bad but now I've seen it its all I can look at.
