Timing Question - Your thoughts
I mentioned last week on the Forum that I'd acquired a 1960 Rolex "Precision" model in very nice condition. Wearing it revealed that it ran from 10 to 15 minutes fast a day. Forget COSC!! I took it to a watch repair place to get it timed. Got a call from same advising that they couldn't time it unless it was cleaned first. Appreciate your advice.
