Wife's Watch: Which One?

Hello good people of TRF,
I would appreciate your input with an upcoming decision. Please bear with me.
I plan to get my wife a new Rolex, we are torn out between 3 dials. She's set that she wants TT fluted bezel 31DJ on jubillee bracelet.

Here is a pic of them on her wrist.




she's leaning toward a diamond dial, but thinks a Roman dial looks awesome. The jubilee dial is nice, but she is worried it might get dated or she might get bored with it. I know it seems that the only option left is the silver diamond set, but she's having doubts and wants to hear opinions of "experts.

I promised I would ask YOU guys. What do you think?
