Need some help on Sub (wrist size)

Went to try on the latest Sub this afternoon and left not feeling so good about it. My wrist is on the larger side and the sub looked pretty small. I tried the DSSD on and it was a top heavy piece that looked too big. The Explorer II was absolutely perfect in size, but it's not my favorite style.

I really want the 116610LN, but I have about 1/2" on each side of the lugs. Do any of you guys with a large wrist wear a sub?

I would really welcome pictures where the lugs come nowhere near the width of the wrist. Appreciate any help.
