Hello form the Netherlands

Dennis here from the Netherlands 41 of age.

Bin watching around here for quite some time, to get information. Thanks for that. And became a member about 2 weeks ago. Now time to introduce myself.

Got my first Rolex almost 3 months ago the 116610LN to be exact.

Always had a weakness for the watch. But never thought I could own one. 2 years ago I bought a fake one in Turkey, thought it looked very good but didn’t wear it much. I’m not really into fake. I’ve kept nagging that I wanted a real one. Drove my GF insane, till one day she said. I saved money for you. Say what? Yes, I did it without you knowing it. Let me explain. She does the household finance and let me pay extra. Isn’t she sweet. So I had some money to throw around. I’m also a big race fan and do sim racing. Wanted my race licence as well, cost about the same, if you don’t own a race car. So I was in doubt. But didn’t took me long. What do I need a race licence for. Probably gonna use a couple of times in my life. A Rolex I can enjoy everyday. So made my mind and shopping could start.

And there is it

First 3 are from the day I bought it. Took the pictures on my way home, of course my GF was driving so I could keep looking at my watch. Daylight into a tunnel. Watch even looks great in the dark.
