Newb with a Rolex

I purchased my first Rolex. Its a mid 80's gold day-date. It is just the face/body....didn't come with a bracelet. I am having the dial changed as it had diamonds on it and that just isn't me. I am just having it polished and with a nos plain champagne dial fitted.

I am really excited. I remember my Grandfather having one when I was little...sadly it went to a un-deserving relative.

I am now in search of a brown crocodile strap. Hopefully I can find a Rolex marked one with a gold buckle.
