Yeah, this is a "fitness tracker" that also happens to be able to monitor your HR to help with more accurate data. In a nutshell it's supposed to tell you how many steps, how many calories burned, etc. It doesn't log technical workout info like the other ones.
I have had this one for about 5 yrs. http://www.polar.com/us-en/products/...isport/RS800CX It's a bad ass unit with way more tech than I actually need... Lol I'm to the point now I just need to see my HR so I can control my cardio/workout for fat burning.. |
