Am I the only one here...

...who does not really care all that much about scratching my watch?
Sure, I don't wear it while changing transmission in my car but just simple maintenance like taking off the intake, supercharger or shit like that I feel like there's no need to take it off.
I do care about scratches, but only on the glass and the bezel. The rest, meh. It will survive and I can always send it in for polishing and get back a pretty much brand new watch.
Now, don't go thinking that my watch actually looks like a deadbeat horse because it does not, it's nactually in very good shape but it's past has a few dings here and there (owners before me) and I feel like my Rolex should be with me on all of my best moments even if it's the moments I have to repair my car during breakdowns (happens every week, don't supercharge a car that you want reliable!).
But I do not wear it during work since it's stupid to trash it during moments I don't want to remember nor at hardcore sessions in the garage as I stated above

Is there anyone else like me here?

What's a thread without a picture?
