I am hooked, jsut not on which one

I have the ich to but another watch and the AP sure have my eye and my thoughts.

In my collection I have Rolexes TT DJII (ivory dial), WG Sub, DDII Platinum (ice dial), SS Daytona (black dial) Patek 5726 (white dial) Breitling Nav.

Looking at the Royal Oak and Royal Oak offshore. Saw a great dark brown strap. Was kind of thinking of a Rose Gold piece but thinking of a ROO but sort of like the strap on these. Is the RO a better buy than the offshore. I don't like small watches, my Daytona is as small as i would ever go. I like to purchase the "right"model of the watches I buy. As I am brand new to AP I want the right one.

Which one is truly the must have piece?
