who else has been "round the houses"
I think another term might be finding your exit watch...
I've been fortunate enough to have tried about 7 different rolex references... Sometimes having 2 at a time... But ultimately its been a case of swapping through them to try them for 6 months or a year each. Now I'm thinking - the ones I haven't tried don't really call to me much anyway, so am I going to stay with the one I've got - OR - change it back for one of the others I liked?? Anyone else been here? And tried to pick something as originally intended ( to keep ) and stop the incessant flipping ? So far I've been through: Sub c date Sub c Dssd 42mm exp2 Milg gv (twice ) 41mm dj2 Where's good to go from here? I'm 38. I Never go to anything even close to black tie events so only need a casual look - but also good to go to the gym, sauna and sunbathe etc.... And considering most of my experience has been with black faced (+/- ceramic bezels) I'm really tempted with the dj2. Blue stick. Smooth bezel - as it represents yet another change in the immediate sense - but also something that goes with everything and has a nice rufty tufty movement without screaming DIVE WATCH (cos I don't dive) Any opinions are appreciated... Thanks for taking the time |
