What is a "Trusted Seller" and how do I check them out?

So another member and I agreed on a price, I am the seller, they have experience, I do not.

I have no reason whatsoever to suspect anything but everything is on the up-and-up, the other party is courteous and professional. I'm just transactionally new and understandably cautious. The process was described to me as:

1. I receive a fully insured FedEx shipping label.
2. I send watch and they receive it next day.
3. They look over watch, make sure it is as advertised.
4. They wire money to me.
5. Everyone is happy.

Is this how it works? It seems like a bit of a leap of faith for me the seller, so how do I assuage my caution?

Thanks for your guidance. Peace.
