Ebay scammer

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251645903073?redirect=mobile

This crook ends the listing 2 days early while I was the highest bidder. Sound fishy? It gets better. I question the reason for auction ending early and he says his wife needs money. Previously sold items by him were located in California according to the listing. The watch was listed as London. He continues to say his nephew in in the US and he sold the other items. Checked the other items and they were also listed with the same horrible English. Called ebay and they let me cancel the sale. The pictures look legit but this guy is not.
