Flawless Transaction with Takuya

Thanks to Takuya for providing the ultimate in customer service. I wanted a new watch and we agreed to the details earlier in the week but I was traveling and could't initiate the wire transfer. He promised to hold it for me.

Finally got home Friday afternoon and wired the funds at 2:30 pm and the watch was shipped that day and I received it this morning. His communication on all details was extraordinary and phoned me to make sure I was happy. I look forward to future business.
