Initally when I received mine, it was running about +5 seconds a day, now that I've worn it for 3 weeks straight and set in on my bedside table at night sitting on the crown, it has settled in at about +2.5 to 3 seconds a day.

Most of what I've read, I've seen variances between +5 to 7 Seconds a day seems average.
