All eyes welcome to help me with this pepsi 1675

Last week TRF was a great help in reviewing a brown bezel insert 16753. In the end I have passed on it - price, as many notes, was high and I thought the bling factor might be much for me. Plus I really want the pepsi 1675 so maybe that should be first.

I found this 1675 at a jeweler - it has service papers but no other info. Seems to me hands replaced (which is ok with me as I like the clean look) and otherwise watch looks like it needs a good cleaning or polish? Seller asking around $7k. I would only buy if I could bring price down. He doesn't know how to open it so deal is I could return it if once opened things didn't look right. How do things look on the other side? Serial number of 5.5 million puts it around 1978. The 6 and 9 on wheel date are open.
