Rolex 1655 Explorer II (Steve McQueen), questions on authenticity and value...help!

Calling all experts! I have the opportunity to purchase this watch at what I believe is a good value, but I will have to travel a bit to go pick it up. Before I commit to doing so, I thought I would ping the forum for some feedback. The photos are not great, but it is all that I have access to right now. No photos of the paperwork, no knowledge of the serial number yet either. Here are my questions:

1 - Opinions of authenticity? Looks legit to me, maybe replacement hands? The only thing that throws me off the bat would be the box, which I do not believe is period-correct?

2 - As far as I can tell, the dial is tritium, but at the bottom, it only says "SWISS"...I have read conflicting stories on whether this is a service dial or not?

3 - Does the bracelet appear to be accurate, per the watch? Bracelet number appears to be 93163, endlinks appear to be 71N

4 - Any opinion of value? What would be a good deal?
