I just purchased a Tudor from Jomashop. It didn't come with the original "International Guarantee" card with serial #. All they included was their own warranty card. Why is this? Of course I tried contacting them but it's the weekend. I'm going to go ahead and assume they have some bull---- answer for this but it's a brand new watch and should have the card.

I'm getting the feeling I will never buy another watch from them. Glad it was nothing more expensive.

Are they reputable? I have no prior experience with their business.
