This is a mint, near NOS old style Roman Numeral dial for reference 18038/18238 Day-Date.(The dial is unblemished;there is some dust in the picture.)

This style is in my opinion the most striking of the Roman Numeral dials, and this rarer enameled version is stunning compared to the more common flat-white version:
