how often do you adjust your glidelock?

The submariner, sea dweller and DSSD have what is called a glide lock clasp which allows the wearer to adjust the length of the bracelet in 2mm increments over 10 positions without tools. It's designed to be used as a divers extension but I believe that most people use it as an "on the go" adjustment as your wrist swells and contracts throughout the day, or through the seasons.

I would personally never go back to a bracelet without this sort of mechanism, the ability to adjust the bracelet without tools is mandatory now that I've lived with it.
