Magnesium - are you deficient?

A survey is said to have revealed that 80% of Americans are deficient in Magnesium.

Most people don't even realise they have a magnesium deficiency and so can be in that state for years.

Some of the indicators of magnesium deficiency are:
1. Any kind of headache.
2. Lethargy or tiredness.
3. Cramping or twitching muscles including any occasional muscle spasms.
4. Diabetes or an imbalanced blood sugar.
5. Low energy at a particular time of the day like after meals or early evening.
6. Easily fatigued including a lack of motivation generally and to exercise.
7. High blood pressure.
8. Insomnia, including not restful sleep.
9. Anxiety or depression or if your mood is antagonistic.
10. Muscle pain.
11. Constipation.

There is a lot of material on this mineral, do the research and check it out.
