Watch wrist placement

Where do you where your rolex..on the wrist bone ir slightly before the wrist bone..

Ive always worn my rolex on my wrist bone..but see a lot of wrist pics with the rolex slightly before the wrist bone...

Also..do you wear it loose enough where it can slide an inch or two or snug where it doesnt move at all....
